Context
This project was built to help the team move from idea to decision faster. Instead of relying only on mockups or scattered demos, it gives product, design, and engineering a single place to share, index, and experience working prototypes.
The goal is to make concepts feel real before they become production work. Prototypes can be tested with mock or real data, reviewed by the team, and shaped into clearer handoff material: flows, data needs, edge cases, product rationale, and implementation notes.
It creates a better decision point between design exploration and full build. The team can compare directions, feel the interaction, spot risks earlier, and decide what is worth investing in.
The next stage is a PM-focused layer: first, structured feedback and decision capture; later, remote prototype generation so new product directions can be explored without every experiment starting as a local engineering task.
